1. Who we are

This website is operated by SoftPawsCo ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. Our full business details are set out in our Legal Notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By ordering you confirm you meet this requirement and that the payment details you provide are your own or that you are authorised to use them.

3. Products and descriptions

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including what they do and what they do not do. Our products are consumer goods. They are not medical or veterinary devices, and nothing on this site is medical or veterinary advice. If you have concerns about an animal's health, speak to a vet.

Product images are illustrative. Natural materials vary in grain and colour between units.

4. Safe use

Use our products as described in the instructions supplied. Inspect them periodically and replace consumable parts when worn. Discontinue use if you notice signs of irritation or injury. Our products are not toys for children.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency selected for your region and may include or exclude tax depending on your location, as indicated at checkout. We may change prices at any time before you place an order. Any reference or "compare at" price shown alongside a sale price represents our own former or list price, not necessarily a price at which the item sold.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where an item has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

6. Subscriptions

We do not currently offer any subscription, and nothing recurring is charged to your card. Replacement mats are sold as one-off purchases. If we introduce a subscription in future, these Terms will be updated first, and any such plan will have no minimum term and be cancellable at any time.

7. Guarantee

Our 90-day money-back guarantee is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It is offered in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

8. Your information

You are responsible for providing accurate account, billing and shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by information supplied incorrectly.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and product photography, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
